FRITZ HANSBERG manufactures a full range of high-volume core machines for all cold-box and hot-box processes.

Available with shoot chamber capacity from 5 to 300 l, these high-performance, world-class machines are truly built for the foundry, designed and manufactured to be employed on a continuous basis for 6 days/week, 24 h/day.

Standard features:

• Supervision system allowing for fully integrated fault diagnostics, machine setting, job and production management

• Automatic core removal - cycle time is independent of the operator

• Automatic core box blowing/spraying

• Automatic lubrication

• Fully automatic tooling change-over facility allowing to replace the complete tooling package, including core box, tampering/ejection plate, and shoot plate

• Minimum operating noise (Leq <80 dB(A))

• Automatic core definning. FRITZ HANSBERG's unique core definning system uses precise steel tools profiled to remove all possible core flash from the joint line plane - the true, uncompromising prerequisite to quality casting production

• Automatic tooling cleaning/inspection facilities ensuring that tooling is always maintained in top operating conditions
  

All machine versions can be adapted to the required tooling dimensions, or to allow for the use of existing tooling with minor modifications.
