H12 JOB/2 core machine handling core boxes of dimensions up to 500 x 500 x 500 mm.

A powerful, easy-to-use operator / machine interface terminal allows to store core box and process-related parameters.

The electric cabinet containing the PLC and all electric and electronic equipment is built in the machine's safety enclosure

The hydraulic pack is installed inside the machine's safety enclosure to contain overall dimensions and ensure optimum acoustic insulation.

The safety enclosure consists of steel sheet panels which can be easily removed to gain maintenance access. The FRITZ HANSBERG gas generator for the polyurethane processes is built in the safety enclosure. This is a safe, reliable piece of equipment ensuring precise catalyst dosing and gassing/purging pressure ramp control
